Abby Lourens

Warm, engaging native Australian, confident all-rounder, children’s fiction enthusiast.

I’m an Australian speech pathologist with a lifelong love of books and storytelling. While I’m new to audiobook narration, my professional background has given me excellent clarity, pacing, and expressive voice control — and years of reading to children means I’m very comfortable bringing characters to life (sometimes with a few enthusiastic accents along the way). I enjoy using my voice to make stories engaging and accessible, and I love the way narration can turn a good book into an immersive experience for listeners.
