About this project: Short Book Synopsis: Charlie Baker returns to his hometown to make amends with his friends and family. While he is there, he finds out that the town is overrun with hostile Shapeshifters. He and the people of the town join together with a friendly Shifter to take down the mastermind behind it all. Tone for the Snips Snippet 1 would be a sentimental but uneasy scene, as Charlie is seeing his father again for the first time in a year. Snippet 2 would have a suspicious and aggressive tone, as people are starting to turn on each other. Snippet 3 would have Darious speaking with confidence at the start, then nervousness and fear. The Forest Spirit’s lines would be degrading and disrespectful. The book is part of the Otherworldly Emergence Series
