I pivoted to acting after an extensive career as a primary school teacher, dance teacher and studio principal. My favourite part of the day was always story time with the kids. I've always been an avid reader with a penchant for fantasy, but have discovered a love of live rehearsed and unrehearsed script readings.
In 2023 I was awarded Best Actress at Cracked Actors’ Theatre (CAT) Summer Readings, after being a finalist for Best Actress in 2021 & Best Supporting Actress in 2022.
I was invited to read for multiple roles in the 2024 & 2025 Melbourne Writer's Theatre Script Labs.
